I am currently showing some landscapes of Venice and Tuscany at www.art2arts.co.uk. I have been exhibiting with the site for several years. The gallery promotes artists and offers original artwork at affordable prices.

My art has been inspired by my travels and I have been fortunate to visit Italy several times. I enjoyed painting the rolling hills and sculptural Cypress trees of Tuscany and also the beautiful architecture of Venice and its reflections on the water.. I always take a sketch book with me to capture the light and colour and atmosphere of the place. I find it easier to use watercolour to work quickly on site and then use the sketch for an oil painting back in the studio.
